A user sets the parameters and pulls up te information on this monitor screen. The filters the information using Data Range to sort data and generate an activity report based on time parameters. The software can produce activity report on daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis. All reports can be previewed on screen before printout.

It breaks down telephone expenses between personal business and recognizes expense by individual, by department, by cost centers and even by geographical location. TeleAudit Call Accounting software can process call records or log files from PBX/Switches that output call data to a text file. It can re-captures call records saved in text format.
